Electrical Panel Builder / Machine Wiring Associate is needed in Cary, Illinois. This hands-on role builds and wires custom electrical control panels, assembles automation equipment, and supports machine startup.

What You Will Do:

• Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Drill, assemble, and wire electrical control boxes and panels.
• Solder cables, PC boards, and high-density connectors.
• Test, troubleshoot, and update electrical documentation.
• Use hand tools and wire crimping tools all day.
• Work with engineers on custom automation projects.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of wiring and soldering experience.
• Skill in reading blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Background in building industrial control panels.
• Experience with CAD or custom machine wiring.
• Knowledge of electrical testing tools.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent (for compliance rules).
