Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler
Location: Auburn Hills
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our production team in Auburn Hills, MI. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in electrical assembly and manufacturing.

In this role, you will support the layout and assembly of electrical panels according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review build sheets and production documentation
  • Assemble electrical plates and enclosures based on build prep instructions
  • Install electrical components and controllers per documentation
  • Wire components using correct and gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to prints
  • Assist coworkers to support a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Follow all quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical or vocational training is a plus
