  • Accounting experience(A/R & A/P)
  • Knowledge of software applications, such as QuickBooks desktop, Excel, Word, and cloud-based file systems
  • Construction/Electrical Permits experience
  • Filing, light data entry
  • Answer telephones and deliver messages
  • Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners
  • Work with vendors
  • High School diploma or diploma/degree in business construction management or administrative assistant
  • Good Communication Skills
  • (3) years of clerical/administrative assistant experience in a professional construction office environment
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently
  • Adaptability and versatility
  • Communication and time management skills to assist Office Manager, Project Managers
  • Bilingual English-Spanish needed
