We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Harness Technician. You will be responsible for assembling, routing, and testing electrical wire harnesses used in Mercedes-Benz C300 automotive. The ideal candidate has experience reading schematics, following precise work instructions, and ensuring high-quality standards in every build.

The Candidate will be working directly with MBT OF ATLANTA Mercedes Master Techs technicians, and use their tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, route, and secure wire harnesses according to blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.

Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and terminals with precision.

Perform continuity and functional testing to verify harness integrity.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
2–3 years of experience in electrical assembly or wire harness fabrication.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, and diagrams.

Proficiency with hand tools (crimpers, strippers, soldering irons, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
