SUMMARY: The Electrical/Mechanical Assembler interprets schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions to complete wiring connections for industrial control panels, cables, and cable harnesses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reads and interprets the job assignment’s schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine wiring requirements.
· Prepare all surfaces and ensure no damage occurs while making wiring connections, assembly and testing.
· Tests assembled parts to ensure correct functionality when required.
· Identifies and reports faulty or unsafe components and conditions to management during the wiring process.
· Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures per the Company’s protocols.
· Reports all accidents, injuries, unsafe activities, maintenance requirements, or mechanical faults to management immediately.
· Follows the Five S methodology manual at all times. Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.

· Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) .
· Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports. Ability to effectively present information to management. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in oral communication, with supervisors, clients, staff, etc.
