Electrical Mechanic in Plainfield

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanic to perform electrical troubleshooting and wiring installation in a commercial facility. This person will report to the Electrical Supervisor with the possibility of becoming the Electrical Supervisor. 80% of work will be at a metal recycling facility with some residential work. Must be able to work independently and able to run service calls. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Install and maintain wiring.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in electrical maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial wiring.
• Mechanical repair experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
