Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a large mixed-use development project, incorporating residential, commercial, and communal spaces. This is a key leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and site management skills.\n\nElectrical Manager Key Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage and oversee all electrical works on site from installation through to testing and handover\n\n * \n\n Ensure full compliance with current BS 7671, health & safety regulations, and project specifications\n\n * \n\n Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain programme and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Take responsibility for inspection, testing, certification, and commissioning\n\n * \n\n Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and O&M manuals\n\n * \n\n Drive high standards of workmanship and site safety\n\nElectrical Manager Requirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in an Electrical Manager / Electrical Supervisor role\n\n * \n\n City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) – essential\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of mixed development projects\n\n * \n\n SMSTS or SSSTS\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage teams and work to tight deadlines\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and organisational skills\n\nTo apply:\nPlease send your CV below
