Climb Higher (About the Job)
We are looking for a Licensed Electrician with tower construction experience or a strong interest in working in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will hold multiple state licenses, with a strong preference for those located in New Hampshire or just north of Boston, MA. You'll be responsible for all electrical components of tower builds, including grounding systems, power installation, generator hook-ups, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes.
Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems for wireless communication towers.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Install grounding, bonding, and power distribution systems on tower sites.
- Work with crews to ensure safety and compliance with NEC and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and utility providers.
- Complete documentation and electrical sign-offs as required by state and local jurisdictions.
Signal Strength (Qualifications)
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in at least one U.S. state; preference given to candidates licensed in New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (company-supported).
- 3+ years of relevant experience; telecom or utility infrastructure experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of NEC, NESC, and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions.
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable with travel and overnight stays as required.

- Experience with telecom tower builds or remote site power systems.
- Multiple active state electrical licenses.
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, RF Safety, or OSHA-10/30.
