Overview:

Bouquet Collection Services, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated maintenance and operations team. This essential role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing sophisticated electromechanical equipment that supports our packaging, logistics, and material handling operations.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, including:

· Automatic and semi-automatic case erectors

· Automatic case sealers

· Polybag maker and bag inserter machines

· Programmable Hytrol conveyors

· Stretch wrapping machines

· PLC programming and related controls

· Troubleshooting and maintaining electronic control panels

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues involving Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including repair and preventive maintenance.

• Support electrical and automation projects by installing panels, wiring, PLCs, sensors, and HMIs.

• Replace or repair electrical motors, gearboxes, conveyor belts, and sensors.

• Maintain and repair process actuators and measurement systems.

• Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
• Align, fit, or assemble component parts, using hand or power tools, fixtures, templates.
• Repair, rework, or calibrate hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerances.

• Train and mentor team members as needed.

• Collaborate effectively with teams across departments.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as an Electromechanical Technician or a related position.
• Hands-on experience with automatic/semi-automatic case erectors, automatic case sealers, polybag makers and inserters, programmable Hytrol conveyors, stretch wrappers, and PLC programming.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) .
• Availability and willingness to travel within the U.S.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, able to mentor and support teammates.
• Facilities management software — Computerized maintenance management system CMMS (basic)
• Office suite software — Microsoft Office software
• Operations Monitoring — Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Troubleshooting — Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
• Available to work overtime and/or consecutive days including weekends during peak seasons or times of high production.
