Electrical Maintenance Technician

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to planning of maintenance schedules and execute respective maintenance assignments.
  • Analyze technical issues, complete repairs and work orders with reference to electrical systems.
  • Execute ramp up, setup and start procedures in order to prepare machines and equipment for operations.
  • Contribute to installation projects on site, and support accountable Industrial Engineers.
  • Support maintenance of technical documentations for processes and equipment.

Your Qualifications Minimum:

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, General Technology, or Robotics, plus 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. OR
    • Completion of an apprenticeship program plus 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, OR
    • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a multi-craft environment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, manuals, work orders, test results, and machine error messages
  • Demonstrated experience applying electrical theory and related knowledge to test, troubleshoot, and modify electrical machinery, control equipment, and circuitry in an industrial setting
  • Strong understanding of basic electronics, machine control, PLCs, and computer programming
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and Excel spreadsheets
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

  • 2+ years of experience with PLC programming/troubleshooting, (prefer Siemens PLC), CNC troubleshooting/repair.
