Job DescriptionJob Description

• Supervising electrical employees within the department, acting as a resource and providing guidance to craft employees and other manufacturing personnel.
• Providing technical maintenance support for assigned area.
• Executing planned and unplanned work, including outage plans, to meet department goals.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Following-up on equipment issues, and developing technical problem-solving solutions
• Providing on-call response to remedy critical maintenance situations
• Plan daily maintenance work. Develop maintenance planning and schedule.
• Order and arrange parts, materials and tools for the job.
• Maintain spare parts and materials.
• Build team commitment for ownership of the maintenance process.
• Write work tickets and build work packages and kits. Responsible for closing work orders and PM’s when completed.
• Follow up on outstanding equipment issues logged in the shift reports.
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods, working hand in hand with craft employees
