Electrical Maintenance Operative in Exeter

I’m working with a leading maintenance contractor based in Devon to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Operative to join their team. You’ll be working in occupied domestic and commercial properties, carrying out a mix of repairs, installations. Ideally, you’ll be based in or around Exeter.



Duties will include:



Responsive maintenance repairs

Installing sockets and lighting

Completing remedial works and fault finding You will need:



Level 3 qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent)

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable)

Previous experience in a similar maintenance or repair role

Clean UK driving licence

Own tools

Good communication skills and a professional approach This is a permanent position with a well respected contractor offering steady work and long term security.
