Electrical Maintenance Manager in Dallas

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager to join our team! This role will support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production and processing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, install, maintain, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues on production equipment
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and electrical systems
• Diagnose and repair motors, control circuits, MCCs, PLCs, and related components
• Respond to maintenance work orders and equipment downtime in a timely manner
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability and efficiency
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with maintaining maintenance records and documenting repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or I&E environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Experience working with industrial tools, motors, MCCs, and production equipment
• Familiarity with PLCs, instrumentation, and industrial controls
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and handle physical workload
• Industrial manufacturing or plant experience strongly
