CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to be based in a pharmaceutical environment located in Didcot, Oxford. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.\n

Hours of work\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday 

\n

• 8 am to 5 pm 

\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Salary of £48,200

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)

\n

• 18th Edition (Required)

\n

• AM2 (Highly Desirable) 

\n

• 2391 Testing & Inspection (Highly Desirable)

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
