\n An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London.\n
\n
\n Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as a bank or blue-chip office. Working as part of a large on-site maintenance team, you will carry out a mix of electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance duties, including:\n
\n

\n
• Lighting – small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution

\n

• Emergency lighting

\n

• Hydraulics and pneumatics

\n

• Air conditioning – AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning)

\n

• Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing)

\n

• Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets)

\n

• BMS systems

\n

• UPS systems

\n

Hours of Work\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday, 

\n

• 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00

\n

• Plenty of overtime available.

\n

Requirements\n
\n

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical

\n

• City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition

\n

• Able to provide copies of trade certificates

\n

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance

• Multi-skilled, with strong communication and customer service skills
