Electrical Maintenance Engineer Shepherds Bush, West London - Up to £48,000 Per annumAn exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider!My client is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance as part of an engineering team across a commercial estate consisting of several buildings in Shepherds Bush.The successful candidate will be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.Working with the existing on-site engineering team, the successful candidate will be required to carry out Electrical maintenance duties to the following;Key duties & ResponsibilitiesGeneral LightingChanging BallastsEmergency Light TestsLED LightingSmall installationsFault-findingLampingMaintain and update LogbooksSupport specialist sub-contractorsHours of Work & SalaryUp to £48,000 per annumMonday to Friday (40 Hour week)07:00 16:00 / 08:00 17:00 / 10:00 19:0025 Days HolidayCall out - 1 in 4Paid Volunteer DaysMatched Pension ContributionRequirementsElectrically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3City & Guilds - 18th EditionTPBN1_UKTJ
