\n Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based near Sittingbourne. CBW are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large commercial campus located in Sittingbourne.  The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. \n
\n
\nHe or she will be required to carry out Electrical planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on-site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.  In return, the company is offering a competitive salary, further training, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site.   \n

Key Duties & Responsibilities
\n

\n
• Lighting (small installations, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Monitor the mechanical plant

\n

• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings

\n

• Cooling Towers

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Water Treatment 

\n

• General building fabric

\n

• Escort specialist subcontractors

\n

Hours of work\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)

\n

• 08:00 am to 17:00 pm 

\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)

\n

• 17th/18th Edition (Required)

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
