Reed Engineering & Manufacturing are working with a leading Engineering & Manufacturing company\n\nElectrical Maintenance Engineer \n\nThe maintenance engineering function supports the safe and reliable operation of site equipment through a combination of planned maintenance, fault response, and continuous improvement activity.\n\nThe team works across a range of production and support areas, maintaining electrical and associated systems to ensure consistent performance and minimal disruption to operations.\n\nWhat the Team Does\n\nDay-to-day activity is a balance of preventative maintenance and reactive work, responding to issues as they arise while also working to reduce the likelihood of repeat problems.\n\nTypical responsibilities across the team include:\n\nDiagnosing and resolving issues across plant and equipment\nCompleting scheduled maintenance to support operational reliability\nRecording maintenance activity within site systems\nSupporting planning and prioritisation of workload\nManaging and sourcing required spare parts and materials\nWorking alongside external specialists when neededThere is also an ongoing focus on identifying improvements to equipment performance and maintenance processes.\n\nHow the Team Operates\n\nThe environment is production-driven, and priorities can shift quickly depending on operational demands.
