An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based at St Pauls has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical engineer to be based in a commercial office blue-chip contract located in St Pauls. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The building will consist of a library, in-house catering, a lounge area,  a roof terrace and meeting rooms. Also, the building has 10 floors in total with a team of 2 on the landlord side. The closest stations to where you will be is Mansion House (District/Circle lines), Blackfriars (District/Circle lines), and Bank (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City lines). 

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £47,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

Requirements

\n
• Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing
