Are you a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity with a growing FM service provider? This is your chance to take ownership of two prestigious commercial office buildings in the heart of Mayfair, London.
We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static, single-person site role with the opportunity to grow with this role within the business and portfolio which could develop into a bigger role with greater responsibilities for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
As the sole engineer on-site, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of M&E and fabric maintenance, covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks, including:

- \nElectrical works: lighting systems, small power installations, fault-finding, ballast replacements, control panels, and power distribution
- \nEmergency lighting & fire alarm testing and compliance checks
- \nHVAC support: AHUs and FCUs (filter changes and cleaning), basic chiller resets
- \nPumps and motor maintenance and monitoring
- \nWater treatment: basic temperature checks (no chemical dosing required)
- \nPlumbing: minor repairs including unblocking drains, replacing taps and seals
- \nBMS monitoring: temperature and systems readings
- \nUPS monitoring and routine checks
- \nGeneral building fabric maintenance and minor handyman tasks
- \nEscorting and supervising subcontractors on-site

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40-hour week), with overtime available, particularly at weekends.

Requirements
- \n
- Electrically qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3
- 17th or 18th Edition (BS 7671) certification
- Strong background in commercial building services and M&E maintenance
- Proven experience managing a site independently — highly desirable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
