Electrical Maintenance Engineer Locations: Maidenhead & Milton KeynesSalary: £39,000 £45,000 + BenefitsThe Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support two prestigious static commercial sites located in Maidenhead and Milton Keynes.This role will be split equally between both locations, with 2.5 days per week spent at each site, making it ideal for an engineer who lives between the two areas.We're looking for an electrically qualified engineer with a strong maintenance background who is also comfortable carrying out mechanical maintenance, including HVAC systems and plant room equipment.Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across both sitesPerform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on lighting, power, and building services systemsMaintain and fault-find on HVAC systems and associated mechanical plantCarry out routine plant room inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficientlyComplete maintenance records accurately using CAFM systemsLiaise with clients, contractors, and the wider engineering teamEnsure all work is completed safely and in accordance with health & safety regulationsIdentify and report opportunities for plant improvements and remedial worksAbout You Electrically qualified (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)Strong background in commercial building maintenanceExperience working on HVAC systems, plant rooms, and mechanical building servicesConfident carrying out both electrical maintenance and basic mechanical tasksExcellent fault-finding and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsIdeally based between Maidenhead and Milton Keynes to support both locationsWhat's on Offer Salary of £39,000 £45,000, depending on experienceMonday to Friday working patternStatic role covering two commercial sitesSupportive engineering teamOngoing training and career developmentLong-term opportunity with a well-established organisationTPBN1_UKTJ
