We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing engineering team within an FMCG industry. This role focuses on maintaining and improving machinery to ensure efficient production processes.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a well known UK manufacturer and are known for their focus on delivering quality products and maintaining high operational standards throughout their sites.\n\nDescription\n\nCarry out maintenance activities in your area of responsibility, maximizing wrench time while following safety protocols. \nSupport continuous improvement using the PDCA cycle.

\nProvide feedback to planners and leadership to help optimize schedules, frequency, and parts planning. \nConduct pre- and post-maintenance quality checks. \nManage lubrication mapping and execution, and support the simplification and rationalisation of our lubricants.

\nLead the root cause analysis sessions and offer technical expertise. \nPromote and maintain strong 5S standards across the plant.Continental shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 42 hours/week on average, including weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts (12-hour shifts)\n\nProfile\n\nNVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering apprenticeship with hands-on experience. \nRecognized electrical academic qualification.

\nStrong electro-mechanical knowledge. \nFamiliarity with CMMS and SCADA systems. \nSolid understanding of equipment and technical standards.
