Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Halifax

We're recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer.\n\nOur client have an impressive manufacturing facility and are looking to expand their team.\n\nThe Person:\n\n * NVQ Level 3 (Apprentice Trained) in Electrical Engineering.\n\n * Approachable / Resilient / Ambitious.\n\n * Completed further training (17th/18th edition)\n\n * Good knowledge of electrical maintenance and operation of all factory machines\n\n * Good practical mechanical skills\n\n * Experienced in a manufacturing environment.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Electrical maintenance of all machinery on site.\n\n * PLC Fault finding would be an advantage\n\n * Installation of new machinery.\n\n * Inputting data to the CMM system.\n\n * Providing day to day maintenance support to ensure all plant and machinery are maintained to a high standard, to enable the safe and efficient running of the manufacturing operation.\n\n * Ensure safe working practices are always observed to minimise risks to personnel with production areas\n\n * Ensure that scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are completed for all major items of plant equipment\n\n * Ensure that all documentation required for quality, health and safety and environment is completed satisfactorily\n\n * Awareness and adherence to the Company’s, Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedure\n\nThe Salary will be between £46,000pa - £47,000pa + Benefits\n\nThis role is working 12 hours shifts that will include Days & Nights on 4on 4off pattern.\n\nFor more information contact\n\nLaura Riding\n\nQuestech Recruitment
