Mobile Electrical Engineer\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our growing facilities maintenance team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Surrey.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a stable role with a competitive salary, paid travel, a company vehicle available for personal use, and genuine opportunities for overtime and career development.\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * Basic salary: £40,000 – £42,000+ depending on experience\n\n * Paid travel time\n\n * Company vehicle with personal use allowance\n\n * Fuel card provided\n\n * Overtime opportunities available\n\n * 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Ongoing training and development\n\n * Career progression opportunities\n\n * Uniform, tools, and PPE supplied\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment\n\n * Diagnose and repair electrical faults across commercial buildings\n\n * Conduct reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs when required\n\n * Complete electrical testing, inspection, and minor installation works\n\n * Ensure all work is completed in accordance with current regulations and health & safety standards\n\n * Accurately complete service reports and maintenance documentation\n\n * Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders\n\nRequirements\n\n * Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification\n\n * Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management\n\n * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\n * Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload effectively\n\nDesirable\n\n * 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent)\n\n * Experience working within FM, healthcare, education, retail, or office environments\n\n * Knowledge of building services and mechanical systems\n\nAbout the Role\n\nThis mobile position offers variety and autonomy, covering a range of commercial properties across Surrey.
