\n An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Farringdon has arisen. \n
\n
\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in Farringdon carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a single-man site. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical engineer and have a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance works at various commercial properties.\n
\n
\n This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £50,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\n

Hours of Work\n
\n

\n
• Monday to Friday 

\n

• 8 am to 5 pm

\n

Package Details\n
\n

\n
• Salary of £50,000

\n

• Monday to Friday 

\n

• 1 in 4 Callout - £120 per week

\n

• Over Time available

\n

• 25 days Holiday 

\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

• Emergency lighting tests

\n

• Control Panels

\n

• Changing Ballast

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

• Maintain and update Log books

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets

\n

• Pumps, motors

\n

• Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes

\n

• Changing taps/washers 

\n

• Managing priorities within contract constraints. 

\n

• Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. 

\n

• Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.

\n

• Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

\n

Requirements\n
\n

\n
• Qualified to City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical - Level 3

\n

• 18th Edition

\n

• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

\n

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

• Multi-skilled

\n

• Good communication skills

\n

• Client Facing

\n
