Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nLocation: London & Southeast (Mobile Role)\n Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Benefits\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider operating across London and the South East.\n\nThis is a client-facing, multi-site role responsible for delivering high-quality electrical and general building services maintenance. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are compliant, safe, and fully operational across a varied portfolio of commercial and public sector properties.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works\nDiagnose faults and undertake electrical repairs and installations\nConduct inspection, testing, and compliance checks\nSupport multi-skilled maintenance tasks, including basic mechanical, HVAC, and fabric works\nEnsure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and industry standards\nTravel across multiple sites within London and surrounding areas\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships on-site\nComplete job reports and documentation using internal systemsRequirements\n\nNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)\nPrevious experience in a mobile or building services maintenance role\nStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skills\nFull UK Driving LicenceWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary with overtime opportunities\nCompany van & fuel card\n25 days' holiday + bank holidays\nPension scheme\nOngoing training and career development
