M&E Engineer - Up to £48,000 - High-End Residential - Monday to Friday - Wapping - NO CALLOUT\n\n Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge?\n Are you looking for a position outside of central London?\n An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Wapping has arisen. \n\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in Wapping, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a single-man high-end residential portfolio. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical engineer and have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and general building service works at various commercial properties.\n\n This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to £48,000 with a potential route into further career progression.\n\n Key Duties & Responsibilities\n\nLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)\nEmergency lighting tests\nControl Panels\nChanging Ballast\nBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
