Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Maintenance)



Location: Durham

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 06:30 – 15:30



Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing a large commercial building associated to a global logistics company.



You’ll be part of a tight-knit, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining their facilities. Your duties will include:



* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E systems focusing on electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.



* Supporting general maintenance checks and diagnosis



* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a commercial environment.



* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
