Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias)\n£48,000 | Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00\n\nWe’re looking for an Electrically-biased Building Services Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a prestigious Central London portfolio. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.\n\nAs a Building Services Engineer, you’ll be:\n\n * \n\n Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems\n\n * \n\n Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services\n\n * \n\n Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards\n\n * \n\n Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets\n\n * \n\n Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times\n\nAs a Building Services Engineer, you’ll need:\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or facilities maintenance\n\n * \n\n Strong electrical background with experience across HVAC and water systems\n\n * \n\n Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems\n\n * \n\n Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join a stable FM company with a strong reputation.
