Youll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estateno two days will be the same.What Youll Be DoingLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsUndertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.Working HoursMonday to Friday08:00am 16:30pmWhats On Offer£48,000 Annual Salary30 days Holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)14.5% Employer Pension ContributionSeason Ticket LoanA secure, long-term role on a direct client siteWhat Were Looking ForLevel 3 Electrical certificationProven experience in commercial building maintenanceHands-on skills across multiple trades (fabric, basic mechanical/electrical)Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindsetExcellent communication and teamwork skillsInterested?Send your CV to or call 0203 583 3099 and ask for Fin for a confidential chat today.TPBN1_UKTJ
