Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Office Building - Barnet, North London - Up to £48,000.00 per annum
Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
Call Out: 1 in 6 rotation

About the role:
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building in Barnet, North London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to high standards within a team of 6, this is to ensure the smooth safety of all electrical systems and building services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Support building services operations including lighting, power, and emergency systems.
- Participate in a 1-in-6
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
- Good understanding of general HVAC and mechanical systems (desirable).
- Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities team to maintain a high-quality service environment.
