4 on 4 off – Day Shifts
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for electrical building services maintenance, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works
\n - Maintain and repair lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, BMS controls, and general electrical building services equipment
\n - Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely manner
\n - Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures
\n - Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment
\n

Requirements:
- \n
- Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3, 18th Edition)
\n - Strong background in building services within commercial offices
\n - Hands-on experience with power distribution, lighting systems, and controls
\n - Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach
\n - Professional, client-facing communication skills
\n
