Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n\nLeeds\n\nFull Time\n\nUp to £40k (depending on experience) Plus Overtime + Flexible Benefits\n\n \n\nSummary\n\nNG Bailey Facilities Services have an exciting new opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias), to work with our amazing client Victoria Leeds Retail to provide a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive).  This role is located in Leeds City Centre, and is a customer facing role, providing excellent opportunities for development. \n\n \n\nYou’ll work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You’ll also work two Saturdays a month, but you can pick a day off the following week that works best for you, there are also opportunities for Overtime.  \n\nWe can offer Reduced Parking at £4 per day if travelling by Car. \n\n \n\nSome of the key deliverables in this role will include: \n\nEnsure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and NG Bailey health and safety systems and procedures.\n\nProvide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement’s to meet KPI’s.\n\nDemonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.\n\nEnsure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.\n\nCapable of working without assistance and managing Reactive Works & Small Projects carried out by others.\n\n \n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\nAn experienced Electrical Technician working to a high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service.
