Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing business in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in Telford.



For the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer our client is offering:



Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum D.O.E

Day shift (08:00 - 16:30, monday - friday)

Permanent position

Free on site parking

The role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer:



Dealing with breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise loss of production

Fault finding and rectifying

Dealing with both electrical & mechanical issues

Installation of new machinery within the manufacturing facility

Planned preventative maintenance

Working with PLC Controls

Continuous improvement throughout the plant

Create & implement a preventative maintenance schedule to cover all equipment

Provide guidance and recommendations to production manager regards to new equipment and working practices 

Identification and suggestions about actions to maintain/improve machine/plant performance

What our client is looking for in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:



Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL

Higher diploma/NVQ electrical qualification - ESSENTIAL

17th or 18th Edition certificate - ESSENTIAL

Good mechanical knowledge - ESSENTIAL
