You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks with large commercial premises My client is looking for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in critical building services to work on a High profile Building at Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey carrying out maintenance. Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 17:00pm Requirements Apprentice Trained Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 18th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints. Package Basic Salary of up to £40,000 24 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension Healthcare Plenty of OT Internal and External Training courses  Career progression - would want the engineer to develop into supervisors and above.
