Job Duties Include:
- Diagnose production equipment issues using schematics, manuals, and drawings.
- Repair electro-mechanical issues with minimal supervision.
- Accurately identify and requisition malfunctioned parts for replacement.
- Understand storage and retrieval procedures for parts in storerooms.
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment
- Lead team projects efficiently, showcasing leadership qualities.
- Maintain precise maintenance documentation.
- Ensure a clean and secure working environment.
- Fulfill additional shift tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience Needed:
- A history of 3-5 years in relevant work.
- Pass designated pre-employment tests.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Vocational or trade school credential in electro-mechanics .
- Proficiency with precision instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Able to effectively speak and present in meetings.
Skills to Excel:
- Equipment and electrical troubleshooting
- Electrical schematics comprehension
- Mechanical skill set in assembly
- High School graduation or GED
Tools & Technologies:
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
