We are looking for an Electrical Lead Engineer role available on a temporary basis in Birmingham.\n\nElectrical Lead Engineer\n\nMonday to Friday\n\n£25-27ph via umbrella\n\nShifts - 6 to 3pm or 9 to 5:30pm\n\nTemporary - possibility to go permanent\n\nBirmingham City Centre\n\nAs an Electrical Lead Engineer, your duties will be to:\n\n * Supervise a Multi skilled Engineer on a static site\n\n * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.\n\n * Carry out fault finding, inspections and electrical maintenance activities.\n\n * Complete emergency lighting testing, sprinkler testing and tap\n\n * changes.\n Ensure compliance with health & safety and site procedures.\n\n * Participate in a 1-in-4 call-out rota.\n\nTo be successful, you will need:\n\n * Electrical qualifications including 18th Edition.\n\n * Previous experience in an Engineering Lead, Lead Engineer or Supervisory position.\n\n * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience within Facilities Management.\n\n * Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.\n\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n\nApply directly to this advert
