Job DescriptionAbout the Role\n
Hands-on electrical technician role supporting our automotive HIL and ECU test lab. You'll fabricate harnesses, build electrical benches, and perform circuit board rework. Engineers own the software and protocols; your domain is the physical electrical system.

What You'll Do #\n
•\tFabricate and modify wiring harnesses (connectors, terminals, breakouts)\n
•\tBuild electrical bench systems: power distribution, fault injection circuits, sensor/actuator wiring\n
•\tRead schematics, harness drawings, and ECU pinout documents\n
•\tPerform SMD and through-hole soldering, component replacement, and board rework\n
•\tTroubleshoot bench-level electrical issues (shorts, opens, intermittents, ground loops)\n
•\tSupport engineers during commissioning with measurements and signal probing\n
•\tMaintain wiring documentation and lab inventory.

What You Bring#\n
•\tSolida 3+ to 12 yrs of experience as an electrical technician (automotive, aerospace, defense, or industrial)\n
•\tStrong harness fabrication and crimping skills (Deutsch, Molex, TE, AMP)\n
•\tSoldering proficiency (IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001), SMD and through-hole\n
•\tSchematic and wiring diagram literacy\n
•\tWorking knowledge of low-voltage automotive electrical systems (12V/24V power, relays, sensors, actuators)\n
•\tComfort with bench instruments: DMM, oscilloscope, power supply, current probe, electronic load\n
•\tAssociates degree in Electronics/EE Technology, military electronics training, or equivalent experience\n
Nice-to-Haves\n
•\tOEM/Tier-1 lab experience (Ford, GM, Stellantis, Bosch, Continental, ZF, Magna)\n
•\tBrake, steering, BMS, or EV powertrain background\n
•\tHV safety qualified (NFPA 70E)\n
•\tIPC certification (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620)\n
