What you’ll accomplish:
- While technical expertise is essential, success in this role is defined by your ability to build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and offer smart, value-driven solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and long-term system performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair residential electrical issues with precision and efficiency
- Educate homeowners on technical findings, recommended solutions, and potential associated costs.
- Conduct full-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes) to identify hidden issues or safety concerns
- Proactively recommend upgrades or preventative improvements (e.g., wiring replacement, circuit panel upgrades, GFCI outlets, surge protection)
- Prepare detailed quotes and service invoices using company software (Service Titan)
- Participate in training sessions to strengthen your technical expertise and customer communication skills
What Success Looks Like:
- Complete 3–4 service calls per day
- 70%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades
- Deliver thorough and insightful whole-home safety inspections on each visit (60-90 minuets)
- Actively promote and contribute to membership plan sales
- Consistently keep monthly call-back rates low through quality workmanship
- Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences

Requirements:
- State-issued Journeyman Electrical license required
- 4+ years of experience in Electrical Work
- 1-2 years of residential electrical service experience (more a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience using Service Titan or other service management software
