WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Electrical Journeyman - Licensed Electrician, you'll take the lead on residential and new construction projects-delivering quality, safe, and code-compliant installations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert electrical services in residential and new construction environments
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain a variety of electrical systems and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, job plans, and wiring diagrams
• Diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs with accuracy
• Determine material needs for projects and coordinate orders
• Use our Straight Forward Pricing Guide to explain service options clearly and transparently
• Perform safety checks and offer recommendations to customers
• Represent Harwinton Electric with professionalism-building lasting client relationships and boosting company reputation
• Look for upsell opportunities and add value on every job

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• E2 journeyman license
• 5+ years of residential service experience
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL
• Great sales abilities
• Some software experience

HOURS YOU'LL WORK:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No after-hours emergency calls required
