Electrical Journeyman/Apprentice in Enid

We are looking for a reliable Electrical Journeyman and an Apprentice to join our team.  To be successful as an Electrical Journeyman or Apprentice, you should demonstrate good time management and customer service skills.  Outstanding candidates are highly analytical, observant, and have sound knowledge of safety protocols.  

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams
• Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools
• Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers, AC/DC motors and drives, transformers, relays, and other electrical devices
• Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in homes and businesses
• Adhering to state and local building regulations
• Completing work orders on time
• Documenting the work completed and materials used
• Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members

Requirements:

• A relevant license and certification.
• Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required.
