This role involves partial responsibility for curriculum development, instruction delivery, and ensuring adherence to industry safety standards to prepare students for professional excellence in electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update comprehensive electrical curricula tailored for small classes
• Deliver engaging instruction combining theory and extensive hands-on training
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Implement and enforce safety training protocols aligned with industry standards
• Evaluate overall program effectiveness and suggest improvements
• Maintain current knowledge of electrical industry standards and practices

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical education
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety compliance
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Experience in student assessment and mentoring
