This is your opportunity to join a leading college as an Electrical Installation Trainer, guiding apprentices to success in their careers. \n\nIn this role, you'll manage a caseload of apprentices, providing expert coaching, assessment, and mentoring to help them achieve their End Point Assessments.

You'll liaise closely with employers, track progress, and ensure training meets the highest standards - while supporting apprentices with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to thrive. \n\nWhether you're already a qualified trainer or looking to make the move into education, we offer a supportive environment and the professional development you need to excel.\n\nThe Role\n\nManage and support a caseload of electrical apprentices through to EPA\n\nDeliver engaging coaching, mentoring, and assessment\n\nConduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers\n\nEnsure all training meets awarding body and industry standards\n\nTrack off-the-job training hours and maintain accurate learner records\n\nThe Person\n\nLevel 3 Electrical qualification (2365, 8202, 2330, 2360)\n\n18th Edition & AM2/AM2S\n\nRelevant teaching qualification (or willing to work towards)\n\nAssessor Award (A1/CAVA) desirable\n\nStrong organisational, communication, and IT skills\n\nExperience working with apprentices and employers
