The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, completing remedial work to a high standard, and providing clear, proactive updates to customers and team members. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.\n\nDuties\n\n * Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and remedial work in residential and/or commercial environments.\n\n * Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify faults, safety concerns, and non-compliance issues.\n\n * Interpret electrical reports, test results, and work orders to determine necessary corrective actions.\n\n * Complete all tasks in accordance with relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.\n\n * Communicate clearly and consistently with customers, office staff, and other technicians regarding job progress, findings, and next steps.\n\n * Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future improvements or upgrades.\n\n * Provide accurate time estimates, manage workloads efficiently, and meet scheduled deadlines.\n\n * Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order.\n\n * Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and reliability at all times.\n\n * Consumer unit upgrades\n\n * Socket replacements\n\n * Light replacements\n\n * Bonding cabling\n\n * Navigating and designing routes\n\nRequirements\n\n * Candidate must be willing to travel around London and surrounding areas to complete jobs\n\n * Candidate must have a full UK driver's license\n\n * 18th edition\n\n * Testing and inspection certificate\n\n * Level 3 certificate\n\n * NVQ\n\nPersonal attributes\n\n * Highly reliable and self-motivated\n\n * Customer-focused with a professional attitude\n\n * Safety-conscious and compliant by nature\n\n * Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills\n\n * Organized, efficient, and detail-driven\n\n * Able to remain calm and solution-oriented when facing challenges
