Job Title: Electrical Inspector
Location: Luton and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £46,519.65 per annum basic salary OTE: Up to £65,000 with guaranteed overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Inspector to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across commercial and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough EICRs and electrical inspections on commercial and industrial premises.
Identify and report electrical faults, hazards, and non-compliances.
Deliver clear, accurate and compliant inspection reports with appropriate remedial recommendations.
Liaise with clients and site personnel in a professional and technically proficient manner.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and tools as per company standards.
Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with current electrical standards and safety regulations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical inspection and testing.
Strong knowledge of BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
Proficiency in using testing equipment and digital reporting systems.
A meticulous approach to detail, compliance, and reporting.
Good communication skills and customer-facing professionalism.
Required Qualifications:
City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing (Essential)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (Essential)
IET 18th Edition (BS7671:2018) Wiring Regulations (Essential)
Valid UK driving licence
