Monday - Friday
Start Time: 6:15 AM
Project Duration: Approximately 6 Months

Proman Skilled Trades is seeking Electrical Helpers/Spotters for a long-term project in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the electrical construction industry while working alongside experienced professionals.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a spotter for electrical crews
• Assist electricians and supervisors with basic tasks
• Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
• Digging, trenching, and excavating
• Drilling, cutting, and sawing as directed
• Jobsite cleanup and material organization
• Follow all safety procedures and site requirements
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong safety awareness and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Previous construction experience is a plus

Additional Information

Pay is weekly every Friday

Per Diem for those who qualify
