Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Electrician Helper to assist with underground electrical work. This position involves supporting electricians with installations, digging trenches, and handling materials. The ideal candidate is willing to work outdoors, follow directions, and maintain a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with installation and maintenance of electrical systems
• Dig trenches and prepare underground pathways for conduit and wiring
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Use basic hand and power tools as directed
• Support team members with general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or electrical helper experience , but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including digging and lifting
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or tools
• OSHA certification (a plus)
• Experience with trenching or underground utility work
