Finish Line Staffing is actively hiring Electrical Foremen for a long-term tool install project at Samsung in Taylor, TX. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who can manage crews, coordinate workflow, and execute large-scale electrical installations in an industrial setting.

Compensation:

• $39.00/hr + $9.29/hr fringe ($48.29/hr total)
• $100/day per diem (paid on days worked)
• Overtime available
• 6 + month project

Responsibilities:

• Lead crews on tool install projects from start to finish
• Oversee conduit, feeder cable, and wire installation
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
• Coordinate with site leadership and other trades

Qualifications:

• Active Texas TDLR Journeyman License (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
• Foreman/leadership experience on industrial or semiconductor projects
• Strong communication and team management skills
