A well-established construction and fabrication organization is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field execution across commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a strong electrician who has stepped into leadership and enjoys running crews, coordinating work, and ensuring installations are completed safely and correctly.
You’ll play a key role in bridging design and execution—taking plans and turning them into fully functioning electrical systems while keeping your team aligned, productive, and on schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and supervise electrical crews in day-to-day field operations

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide installation

Plan and coordinate daily and weekly work activities

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with NEC and safety standards

Track progress, maintain daily logs, and report on production

Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for execution

Support scheduling efforts and help forecast remaining work durations

Maintain quality control across all installations

Serve as the point of contact between field crews and project leadership

Mentor and develop electricians and junior team members
What They’re Looking For

Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent field experience)

Proven experience leading crews on active construction job sites

Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation methods, and codes

Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and drawings

OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E knowledge

Experience with tools like Bluebeam is a plus

Strong communication skills and leadership presence in the field
