What You’ll Do

As a Mission-Critical Electrical Foreman, you will:

• Lead, direct, and coordinate crews in high-stakes environments where deadlines and uptime are non-negotiable.
• Plan daily/weekly work activities based on drawings, schedules, and site objectives.
• Oversee installation of EMT, Rigid, PVC-coated, and large-format conduit systems per NEC and engineered prints.
• Supervise wire pulls, terminations, grounding systems, switchgear installs, UPS integration, and generator systems.
• Review and interpret one-lines, riser diagrams, panel schedules, and installation sheets with precision.
• Ensure teams maintain TRIFECTA standards of workmanship, safety, and mission readiness.
• Conduct QA/QC checks, red-lines, and punch-list resolution.
• Lead coordination efforts with GCs, engineers, commissioning teams, and other trades.
• Enforce NFPA 70E, OSHA 10/30, LOTO, and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
• Mentor and develop electricians, apprentices, and PowerReady team members.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years commercial/industrial experience, including 2+ years in a Foreman or Lead role.
• Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, semiconductor, or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge: switchgear, UPS, generators, feeders, VFDs, MCCs, grounding, testing.
• Ability to read and execute engineered drawings, red-lines, and sequencing plans.
• Experienced in managing material flow, production rates, manpower planning, and daily reporting.
• Strong leadership presence — able to hold crews accountable while maintaining morale and momentum.
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and maintain uptime at all costs.
• Willingness to travel or support high-priority deployments nationwide.
• A results-driven mindset where precision, honesty, and safety come first.

Compensation & Deployment Structure

$45 – $50/hr DOE

• per diem, travel pay, lodging stipend, and premium project compensation.
• High-stakes, long-term data center deployments receive elevated pay packages.
• Deployment-based assignments through TRIFECTA’s Mission-Critical Network.
• Clear advancement pathway into PowerPro and PowerElite leadership tiers.
